Da circa un mese stiamo seguendo con molta attenzione ogni intervento di Elon Musk , ancor piu’ di quanto abbiamo fatto in precedenza , ed eccoci dunque a un nuovo articolo :

Elon Musk ha fatto parecchi interventi , come detto e molto ravvicinati sopratutto nell’ultimo periodo nel quale TESLA è arrivata a un top di 666,0$x5=3330$ ,

1. Ha detto che Tesla e’ salita molto e che se le aspettative del Mercato , da cui ha molta fiducia ,non trovassero poi un riscontro concreto, il titolo scenderebbe (mandando una email ai propri dipendenti).
2. Ha affermato di essere alla ricerca di una società automobilistica con cui fondersi o allearsi nel futuro, (probabilmente per aumentare i margini che attualmente sono solo del 1%, ma anche perchè per mantenere l’attuale quota di mercato Tesla dovrebbe vendere in futuro ,con lo sviluppo della mobilità elettrica crescente,almeno 20 milioni di veicoli l’anno e quindi sembra alla ricerca di un appoggio per raggiungere questi obiettivi.)
3. Ha detto che ci sarebbe stato il terzo ADC del 2020 tramite ulteriore vendita di azioni per 5 miliardi di dollari, cosa che qualche scossone al titolo lo ha dato ultimamente. ma non di così grande rilevanza.
4. Ha detto che aveva intenzione di trasferirsi in TEXAS.
5. Forse è una coincidenza che in TEXAS alle Presidenziali ha vinto Trump ( che lo defini’ Genio da proteggere) ?

Elon Musk ha lasciato la California e si e’ trasferito in Texas. Il Ceo di Tesla lo ha rivelato durante la conferenza organizzata ogni anno dal Wall Street Journal che riunisce gli amministratori delegati di alcune importanti aziende americane. “Ci sono cose grandiose in California”, ha spiegato Musk, sottolineando tuttavia di ritenere che lo stato dia per scontato il suo successo. Tesla ha ancora sede in California, così come SpaceX, la sua azienda aerospaziale. Ma Musk ha altri interessi commerciali in Texas che ha citato come motivi nella sua decisione: “Abbiamo lo sviluppo della Starship nel sud del Texas, dove mi trovo in questo momento”, ha sottolineato, riferendosi all’astronave che dovrebbe trasportare i primi umani su Marte. “E poi abbiamo grandi sviluppi della fabbrica appena fuori Austin”, ha proseguito riferendosi alla Giga Texas, che verrà utilizzata per costruire ad esempio il pickup elettrico Cybertruck e il crossover Model Y. Il senatore repubblicano del Texas Ted Cruz ha twittato il suo benvenuto a Musk: “lo stato ama il lavoro e siamo felici di averti come texano”. 

Ma prima di tutto quanto elencato in precedenza ha detto questo :

1. Ha dichiarato che dietro le potenziali TESLA “Cinesi” ci sono investimenti poco puliti

NON SARA’ CHE IL RAPIDO TRASFERIMENTO IN TEXAS SIA DOVUTO PROPRIO A QUESTA DICHIARAZIONE ?

Musk moved his personal foundation to Austin from California, Bloomberg reported Monday.

‘Outsized Influence’

The Bay Area, which is headquarters for some of the world’s biggest tech companies including Apple Inc. and Google parent Alphabet Inc., has been upended by the pandemic. Many tech employees have been required to work from home and that has spurred some to relocate.

Social media giants such as Facebook Inc. also have faced criticism for allegedly thwarting competition.

“Silicon Valley, or the Bay Area, has too much influence on the world, in my opinion,” said Musk. “The Bay Area has outsized influence on the world.”

SpaceX tests rocket engines in McGregor, Texas, west of Waco, and is building its massive new Starship spacecraft in Boca Chica, Texas, south of Brownsville near the Mexican border. Tesla is expanding its global operations with a new factory in Shanghai that opened last year and another being built in Berlin.

Musk, who has always been highly mobile, frequently shuttles between California, Austin and Boca Chica on his private Gulfstream G650 jet, along with frequent international trips to Berlin and China.

As Tesla’s stock has soared this year, Musk’s personal wealth has ballooned to more than $155 billion, making him the second richest person in the world after Amazon.com Inc.’s Jeff Bezos. The company’s shares rose 1.3% to close Tuesday at $649.88.

Debt Retirement

Musk’s long relationship with California soured this spring during the first wave of the coronavirus. When Alameda County shutdown orders stopped production at Tesla’s plant in Fremont, Musk defied local health officials by closing late and reopening early, blasting the rules as “fascist” on an earnings call.

He briefly sued the county and threatened to move Tesla’s headquarters to Texas or Nevada. Musk disclosed on Twitter that he had Covid-19 himself last month.

But Musk’s relationship with California is likely to endure, and thousands of his employees work in the Golden State. He has five teenage sons with his ex-wife Justine Musk, and the two have joint custody.

Tesla announced plans earlier Tuesday to raise $5 billion in additional capital, which Musk said will go toward retiring debt and building up the company’s growing cash reserves — which he seemed to downplay.

“Debt retirement and to have a bit more of a war chest,” said Musk. “At the end of the day what is money? Money’s an entry in a database.”

Tesla almost tripled its cash and cash equivalents to $14.5 billion as of Sept. 30, up from $5.3 billion a year earlier.
